Site: Cherry Tree Park, Billericay Worked: 2012
Working with our new Client, Banner Homes Limited, just as they have branched into the southeast region. Their first flagship development of 51 dwelling on the outskirts of Billericay has enjoyed much success, in its first year being awarded a NHBC Pride in the Job Award 2012 for quality workmanship.
The construction of these dwelling all consist of traditional masonry cavity walls. The outer skin is faced brickwork laid in a stretcher bond and pointed with a bucket handle joint. All internal blockwork is also laid in a half bond.
The site has a number of curved buildings where the brickwork has been set out and laid to a radius, the end result is very impressive.
In our opinion this is a very well deserved award for a superbly run site.
